Design fees are based on several factors including time, experience, and the quality of resources and services available. I carefully consider each project and build a plan to meet each client's design needs and budget.

Design Consultation

$50

Each project starts with a 1-hour in-home consultation. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your design needs, style, likes / dislikes, project scope, and budget. Following this meeting, I will recommend a plan that aligns with your design needs and budget. The design consultation fee is $50.00 (35 JD) which covers the consultation itself and the time required to develop the recommended design plan.

I have multiple fee schedule options which I will recommend based on the nature of your project and my required level of involvement. We will work together to determine the best fee plan (or mix of plans) for your needs. Below are some standard options.

 

Day Rate Package

$250

This package makes me your personal decorator for a day! We will work together in-person on your design challenges -- space planning for a room,  shopping for furniture or accessories, paint / materials consultation, etc. The fee for this package is $250.00 (177 JD) for 3 hours and $50.00 (35 JD) for every hour thereafter.

 

Hourly Rate

$50/hour

You have the option of paying an hourly rate of $50.00 (35 JD). I will provide an estimate on how many hours I foresee the project taking following our initial consultation.

 

Commission Fee

In this case, the fee is based on the commission of materials, services, furniture, or accessories purchased for the project. The percentage varies from 15-30% depending on the scope of the job and any designer discounts determined by suppliers.
